FOUNDER

Our founder, Ankit Miglani is a law graduate from ILS Law College, Pune. He has done his graduation in Business Economics from the University of Delhi. He also holds the professional qualification of Company Secretary (ICSI) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Law from Indian Law Institute, Delhi.

 

He started his litigation career in the corridors of Delhi District Courts and Hon’ble High Court and grasped the untaught skills of handling matters and court craft. He has handled various matters involving diverse legal issues before forums such as District Courts, High Court of Delhi, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, National Company Law Tribunal, Labour Courts and several other tribunals and forums. He specializes in handling matters relating to Property Laws, Consumer and Insurance Law, Commercial Arbitrations, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Law, Banking Law, Labour Law and Real Estate. He has also advised many start-ups and corporate clients with their registrations, incorporations, compliances and drafting and vetting of various high-stake agreements and contracts.

 

He has also been involved in providing advisories to several corporate clients on diverse legal matters including real estate, service matters, mergers, securities law, and project finance. He has also advised start-ups on various legal issues, such as product/service policies, legal compliances, permits, and other issues related to investment and acquisition.
